Had the same kind of nonsense with my own logins once, drove me mad for a week. If it keeps flagging Mum's place in Penrith as overseas, that screams ISP routing issue rather than anything you've done, some providers bounce traffic through weird nodes and suddenly you're "in Singapore". Run a quick check on what IP shows when you're there, then have a slap at their support with a screenshot.
For me the lesson was bankroll discipline wins anyway: I refused to chase a cleared bonus on a flaky connection, took my cashout first, and only went back once it was sorted. Nick mate, not dumb at all. Just search "what is my IP" and it'll show where your connection looks like it's coming from. If it says another country, that's your routing drama. Reboot the modem at Mum's, check again, and if it still shows overseas give your ISP a ring, they can fix it quicker than support ever will 😉
