Had a few goes on Stake myself playing from here in Adelaide, so this thread hits close to home. Same story as the Sydney poster really, access from Australia is hit and miss at times, and once you're in you're left working out the banking side on your own because there's no local support line to ring.
My interest is always the bonus side of things: what's actually on the table for a punter putting in regular volume, and whether the wagering is clearable or just a trap. Stake runs promos rather than classic deposit bonuses from what I've seen, so the value depends on how often you're on. Didn't have a big slap last time I was on, bled the bankroll small and walked. Silly question maybe, but when you blokes say "the feature" on Stake, do you mean the bonus rounds in the pokies themselves, or some promo thing on the site? Not a silly question at all, mate. The feature is the bonus round inside the pokie itself, free games, multipliers, whatever the game throws at you when the scatters line up. Nothing to do with site promos. SlotAddict's run on Stake was exactly that: the machine paid him in the feature, he got up a couple of grand off a lazy A$50, then variance took it back like it always does. Same dance we used to do on the old-school grind down at the club, just on a screen instead 😉

DaveBonus nailed it with that club memory, I've only been going to the pokies a couple years and even I notice the difference 😅 On Stake the feature seems to land often enough that I stopped treating it as a big moment, and that's exactly when I started handing back my wins chasing it again. @Freo_Kid that's the trap exactly, when the feature stops feeling like an event, you stop respecting the money behind it. I did the same dance once, hit a decent one on Stake and had the lot handed back inside an hour chasing round two. You got a cashout screenshot from any session there? Because without withdrawal proof, "it paid" is just the house talking.

Chasing the feature is where most of my slaps have come from too, landed it once on Stake, paid alright, then fed back double chasing it again. Anyone quoting wins in here, screenshot the withdrawal or it didn't happen, simple as that. If a session at the club pays, stand up and walk out; same rule applies online, harder to follow when it's two in the morning.
