not a stupid question at all mate, we all started somewhere 😉. it's the casino asking you to prove where your money came from before they release a decent win - payslips, bank statements, or where the coins actually came from if you're on the crypto side like at lucky dreams. had a club do the same to me after a big pokies payout years back, wanted to see the trail before handing over the cheque. ah well, we grind on.

Payslips I can dig out no worries, I'm a junior office drone so mine arrive like clockwork, but proving where the coins actually came from sounds way messier. I bought a bit of crypto off an exchange months back for totally unrelated stuff, no clue if old receipts from that would even count as proof. Do they want exchange records too, or is ID plus a utility bill usually the ceiling? @Nick_Fortune home loan is right, except a bank can't void you on a technicality. Test cashout first, small. And check the blacklist before anyone deposits a cent.
